POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Travel Adventures 365 Travel (DBA – Golf Adventures 365 or Family Adventures 365) is a small and large group travel l business that partners with various hotel, resorts cruise, tour operator, and airline suppliers for special rates, deals, and discounts for clients that book with our agency.
By authorizing the credit card authorization, you are stating that you agree with our policies and procedures.

IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name listed on his or her government document that they will use for travel. All bookings
Any changes to a reservation to include a passenger name change will result in an upfront change fee of $50 per reservation and collected before making any
changes. This fee is in addition to any supplier name change fees. Please note that name changes for ticketed air will result in the cancellation of the current airline ticket and will require rebooking at whatever the current airfare rate is. Each passenger is responsible for verifying their personal information at the time of registration.
PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash, money orders or checks. We will not accept payments over the phone. Each guest will be given an online payment link to make their online payment using a major credit or debit card or bank transfer. All guests must complete and sign the credit card authorization before your payment is processed. All payments must be received by the final payment de date that is stated on your invoice.
LATE PAYMENTS: Failure to submit payments by the original final payment date requires our agency to negotiate an extension with the supplier. If an extension is granted, a $50 per registration extension fee will be added to your final payment. If the extension is denied, the reservation will result in an automatic nonrefundable cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: All cancelled reservations need to be submitted in writing and will incur a cancellation fee of $75 per person. This fee is additional to any charges imposed by the supplier. If you cancel without purchasing travel protection, you will lose all payments made toward your reservation.
If you purchased travel protection and need to cancel your reservation you will receive a refund minus the travel protection cost & our agency cancellation fee; please expect a wait of 7-21 business days for processing.
ITINERARY CHANGES: We are not responsible for last-minute changes of price or itinerary by the cruise line, resort, hotel and/or tour operator or any errors or omissions displayed on this or any page. Whenever there is either a price change or itinerary change, we will attempt to make all guests aware in a timely fashion. Travel Adventures 365 is not responsible for any schedule or itinerary change including but not limited to any changes in routing and/or number of
stops in the itinerary. Travel Adventures 365 is unable to provide compensation for schedule changes, seat assignment modifications, port changes, or cancellations implemented by an airline or cruise line.
TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE: Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment from potential losses. Travel insurance can be helpful should issues arise before or during your vacation: last-minute changes, cancellations, lost luggage, delayed flights, hotel issues, medical emergencies, etc.
It is the responsibility of each paying guest to add travel insurance at the time of purchase. The cost of travel insurance will be charged in addition to your reservation cost and is nonrefundable. We strongly urge that you purchase travel insurance. Information will be supplied to you when your Travel Adventures 365 agent contacts you. All Payments are potentially non-refundable without the purchase of travel protection. Travel protection is offered as an additional option for each guest at the time of booking. All bookings will include travel protection insurance. Should any guest decline the coverage, a waiver must be signed and returned before final travel documents are sent to guests.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS: Guests are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents AND must check with the appropriate consulates(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports ae required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after date of travel for most countries. Some countries require a full blank “Visa” page in the passport book for stamping purposes. Any information on travel documents pertain to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check the respective country(s) that they intend to visit for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest that all cruising guess have a valid passport in their possession while cruising. All documentation requirements for passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel requirements for the destinations of travel are the responsibility of the traveler. The traveler should review requirements well in advance of travel to ensure compliance. Passengers who do not meet these requirements will be denied boarding by cruise lines and airlines and will not be provided a refund. Travel Adventures 365 is not responsible for providing documentation and vaccination information.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Provided full payment has been received, all travel documents will be sent via email. If hard copy document s are requested when electron documents are available, documents will be mailed via USPS and will incur a minimum of $30 processing fee.
CHILDREN: All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 25 and older. The minimum age for children on most tours is 6 months.
Accompanying adults are responsible for the safety of their children and are responsible for providing any necessary safety equipment such as infant/child seats where appropriate. Discounts for children who are cruising may apply to the cabin if the child is a 3rd or 4th passenger in the cabin. Most airlines do not offer discounts for children. Please note that many countries have adopted international abduction practices to prevent abductions of children. Any person under the age of 18 who is traveling with an adult other than his/her parent or with only one parent are required to bring a notarized letter written by the parent giving authorization to travel.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: Travel Adventures 365 may take photos or videos posted online to use for promotional or commercial use. Your registration grants Travel Adventures 365 permission to do so without payment of any compensation.
PRICING: All pricing stated is per person unless otherwise stated. Our agency provides pricing for high quality vacation experiences. When you book a vacation experience from our agency, you agree to pay the price that is stated at the time your reservation is made. It is at our discretion as to whether we’ll price match either another travel agent or an online travel service. If you are looking for the cheapest trip. This agency is probably not for you. We provide a high value service because we’ve either traveled to the destination, sailed on the cruise ship, or stayed in the resort and can offer both our personal and professional opinion about a given supplier or destination.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I am aware that travel such as that I am undertaking involes hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora. or flora, the negligence of Travel Adventures 365, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of willful or criminal conduct of third parties. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which I am participating on the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip I am willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of my adventure. I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risk of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of Travel Adventures 365 and agree to hold harmless and release Travel Adventures 365 from claims of third party negligence. I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical, or mental conditions which would impair my ability to participate in this vacation experience or my saftey in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I hereby authorize Travel Adventures 365 or my local tour operator or ground handler or others to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospitalizations which may be necessary for me becaise of my partipcation in this vacation experience without my further consent.
BINDING ARBITRATION: I agree that any dispute concerning, relating or referring to this Agreement, the brochure or any other literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself, shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§1-16, either according to the then existing Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or pursuant to the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules & Procedures of the JudicialArbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (JAMS). Such proceedings will be governed by substantive (but not procedural) Georgia law and will take place in Atlanta, GA. The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or any part of this contract is void or voidable. Please understand that by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you (and we) are waiving our right to a trial by jury.
VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION: I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this application (or a trip which I may changeto) and that I have read the description of thetrip as it appears in the current Travel Adventures 365 website relating to the trip, together with all information contained in this application. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge ofthe hazards involved.
KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION: I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a releaseof liability and a contract between myself and Travel Adventures 365 and agree of my own free will. By signing, I agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Travel Adventures 365 Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself,each member of my traveling party and any minor children accompanying me
